Cancellation of the Order

 

-We kindly request you send your return request and product-related problem via e-mail to return@dossodossi.com within seven working days following the day you receive your order.

-According to the incoming e-mail, you must send the product back to dossodossi.com within seven working days from the delivery date.

-Returns will not be accepted for notifications exceeding seven business days. When your request reaches us, it will be evaluated by the authorities and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when your return is approved.

-You must return the product you want to return, together with its original invoice, with the package undamaged, unused, undamaged as a result of misuse, specifying the order number.

-The product's box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, must be present in the package you return to us, complete and undamaged.

-After the confirmation of your return, you will be informed by e-mail. After the receipt the amount to be refunded to your credit card is sent to you, it may take an average of 2 weeks to reflect on your statement, although it varies in each bank. This is not a situation under dossodossi.com's control, but a process entirely related to the relevant bank.

 

Conditions For Returning/Refunding

 

-You must send your return request and any problem with the product to info@dossodossi.com e-mail address within seven business days following the date of the receipt of your order and return the product to dossodossi.com within seven business days following the date of delivery in accordance with the instruction e-mail you will receive.


- Returns will not be accepted for notifications exceeding seven business days. 


-When we receive your request, our staff will review it and an approval e-mail will be sent to you if your return is approved. 


-You need to forward the returned product together with its complete original invoice, in its undamaged package, unused and undamaged due to misuse, specifying the order number. 


-The box, package, and standard accessories (If Any) Of The Product must be complete and undamaged inside the package that you will return to us.

 
-You will receive an information e-mail regarding the return following its approval. 


-After the bank receipt stating the amount to be refunded to your credit card will be sent to you, the amount may appear in your bank statement for approximately 2 weeks, but this period may vary depending on the bank. This situation is not under the control of dossodossi.com, it is a process concerning the relevant bank.

 

 

 

WARRANTY AND RETURN/REFUND CONDITIONS

 

CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE

 

-You can demand change or return, only if the product that you have purchased from dossodossi.com is defective. 


-The change will be made (provided that the product is returned in the condition at the time of delivery). 


-You can also return the product by fulfilling the above-stated conditions within seven business days following the date of acceptance. 


-Please state what the problem is and your order number when sending an e-mail to info@dossodossi.com address for a return.

 

Special Conditions

 

-When your order is delivered you must open the package and check the product; if you notice any problem, have the courier company take a statement and return the package to dossodossi.com. 


-Return of the products with the original package damaged, destroyed, or damaged due to misuse in any way is not accepted. 


-The customer is liable to return the product as in the condition He/She received it as well as to recover the commercial loss due to misuse.


-Disposable products cannot be returned.
